Who are we?

Hartstene Pointe Water-Sewer District is a special purpose utility district that provides water and sewer services to homes in the Hartstene Pointe community.

District operations are carried out by three qualified operators and an apprentice/trainee studying under Evergreen Rural Water of Wasington's new apprentice program.
